Our Story
A well-made suit should outlast trends. The craft behind it should outlast us all
Sara Ladina is a highly decorated bespoke tailor with more than twenty years of experience devoted to the traditions of British hand-crafted tailoring. Her passion began in childhood, watching her mother sew clothes for the family. Those early memories, filled with fabric, thread and creativity, planted the love for craftsmanship that guides her to this day.
Throughout her career, Sara has gained invaluable experience working with some of London’s most respected tailoring houses. She began by finishing jackets for Hayward in Mount Street, later perfecting her skills at Kilgour on Savile Row. Her journey continued with trouser making and bespoke work for esteemed names such as Dege and Skinner, Richard Anderson, Kent and Haste and Richard James. She also carried out detailed alteration work for Hackett, Anderson and Sheppard and other renowned British brands.
Over the years, Sara has learned from some of the finest master tailors and cutters in the industry. These experiences shaped her understanding of true bespoke craftsmanship: precision, patience and respect for tradition. At the same time, she developed her own signature approach, bringing softness, warmth and a gentle elegance to every garment she creates.
Her studio is a place where clients are made to feel at ease, understood and valued. She believes that every person who walks through the door becomes part of a family built on trust, honesty and shared appreciation for quality. Each garment is crafted with the same care and intention she learned early in life, and with the genuine desire to make clients feel confident, comfortable and truly themselves.
Sara is also passionate about nurturing new talent. She has built a team of young, dedicated craftspeople who work alongside her, learning the traditions she has spent a lifetime mastering while bringing fresh ideas and energy to the studio.
Today, working from her studio in Hanover Square, Sara creates bespoke garments defined by elegance, precision and timeless style. Her philosophy remains simple and heartfelt: A well-made suit should outlast trends, and the craft behind it should be cherished and passed on for generations.
